HEALTH CARE

Hello friends,
Health is an important part of our life. Without health, we cannot even stand still or sleep properly. That is the importance of health in our life. An old proverb says that if money is lost, nothing is lost and if health is lost everything is lost. So it is time to concentrate on your health. Atleast for fifteen minutes once in two days. That comes to about one hour in a week. Not more than the time we spend for combing our hair. That can keep us healthy.
